• Orders received before 1pm Friday 21st December will be dispatched Friday 21st for delivery before 12 midday Monday 24th December. No orders will be delivered after 12 midday Monday 24th. Please make sure someone can sign for your order on this date.

• Orders received/ placed between 1pm Friday 21st December and 1pm Friday 28th December will be dispatched Friday 28th delivery before midday Monday 31st December. No orders will be delivered after 12 midday Monday 31st. Please make sure someone can sign for your order on this date.

• • Overseas orders received before 1pm Wednesday 19th December will be dispatched Thursday 20th December. No orders will be dispatched after 1pm Wednesday 19th December.
• • We cannot guarantee that your order will arrive before Christmas.

Delivery

Orders received before 1pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day.
Note: Working day delivery refers to UK Mainland and Northern Ireland Monday - Friday only

Non-EU country orders may take slightly longer to despatch to allow for the preparation of courier and customs documentation. EU country orders are generally delivered within five days from despatch and other International Non-EU country orders are generally delivered within ten days. Sorry, we can not deliver to BFPO addresses.

Shipping and Handling

Deliveries are sent by next-working-day courier in Great Britain - they DO NOT deliver on Saturdays or Bank Holidays. Orders outside this region are sent by Parcelforce. A signature is required upon delivery which can be anytime from 8:00 am to 5:30pm. You may specify different invoicing and delivery addresses (important: see "ordering" for conditions). We do not use Royal Mail unless circustances dictate or we are requested to do so. Use of Couriers ensures speedy and secure delivery of order.

Poker-chips.net do not profit from the carriage element, only charging at-cost or, in most cases, below.

*These are guideline prices. If your order is bulky or heavy, the couriers may add a surcharge in which case we will contact you for the difference in cost or the option to cancel. Alternatively, please email for a delivery estimate.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back-order it for you - that means we'll wait until it is in stock and then send it out. You will always be emailed if a product is likely to be out of stock for more than a week and given the option to cancel.

Returns

If you wish to cancel your order before despatch, please email orders@poker-chips.net *within 12 hours* of placing your order. Non-personalised goods only may also be returned within seven days of receipt for any reason providing they are in re-saleable condition (you will still need to pay the full carriage costs which may be more than the carriage element of your order - proof of cost can be provided if neccessary). Before returning your goods, please email orders@poker-chips.net to obtain a returns number. Your card will be credited within two days of us receiving the goods to allow us time to inspect them. However, banks sometimes process credits in a different manner from debits and they may take a time to show on your statement. Your statutory rights are not affected in any way.
